Tesla Model X

Passenger falcon door was failing to open, during diagnosis found primary and secondary power struts were faulting.

Carried out replacement of the struts and aligned the door. Vehicle now operating as designed 👌🏻

Tesla Model S P90D

Front left suspension dropping over night, found internal failure of front left air spring. During diagnosis also found valve block and compressor faulty.

Carried out replacement of all components, vehicle now operating as designed.

Found damage to charge port door and pin carrier. Carried out replacement using genuine parts so the vehicle was able to charge. Calibrated charge port door, vehicle now operating as designed.

Tesla Model X

Customer complained the heating was not working, carried out remote diagnosis and confirmed the PTC heater and fuse were blown.

Carried out replacement of the PTC heater and 40amp fuse, vehicle now operating as designed ⚡️

Tesla Model S

Carried out replacement of MCU touch screen due to the OCA bond leaking out of the screen. Vehicle now operating as designed 👌🏻

Tesla Model 3

Customer complained there was a noise from the rear of the vehicle and no auto pilot.

Found rear trailing control arm bushes worn causing the noise.

Found both side repeaters camera had stream error exit faults.

Carried out replacement of both suspension components and both repeater cameras, vehicle now operating as designed.

Tesla Model S

Customer reported a noise when going over uneven roads. Found the near side front anti roll bar link had play in the ball joint. Carried out replacement, noise no longer present.

Also found HVAC evaporator issues causing the A/C to not be performing as expected. (Requires further diagnosis)

Tesla Model X

Customer was complaining of the vehicle going into limp mode. Using the time and date of the issue I was able to confirm failure of the coolant valves.
Both coolant valves were replaced followed by coolant air purges. Vehicle now operating as designed 👍🏻

Previously diagnosed, found sunroof would not open and was making a awful noise.

Found snapped rear links, carried out replacement of drive cables both links and near side motor. Sunroof now operating as designed. 💥

Tesla Model S

Was called out to a dead model S.

Found there was a HV fault causing the vehicle to shut down, after further diagnosis I found the battery coolant heater had internal failure causing the high voltage battery to no longer support the low voltage battery.

Battery coolant heater replaced along with back to back coolant air purges to release all the air from the system.

Found creaking noise coming from suspension, re-created the noise by raising and dropping the suspension.

Carried out replacement of the charge port door and cleared the drain. 💥

During the service I found the thermal system test failed due to the left radiator shutter, this requires further inspection at a later date.

Tesla Model X

Passenger front door was swinging open at high speeds, found water ingress to the door motor and harness, tracked back harness for repair but the damage had travelled too far.

Carried out replacement of door motor, harness and wrote the actuator brake conditions👌🏼
