MAE Automotive is an independent vehicle repair and diagnostic specialist providing services to Tesla owners across Kent, Essex and London.
2. Estimates and Quotations
All quotations are provided based on information available at the time.
Additional faults or required work identified during inspection may result in revised costs, which will be discussed before proceeding.
3. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments must be agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, traffic or parts availability.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
5. Parts and Components
Where replacement parts are supplied, manufacturer warranties will apply where available.
MAE Automotive cannot guarantee parts supplied by third parties or customers.
6. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate disclosure of known faults and vehicle condition.
MAE Automotive shall not be liable for pre-existing faults unrelated to the work carried out.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAE Automotive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
